知识管理视角下的企业大学建设研究

Research on building a corporate university in view of knowledge management

随着知识经济和信息技术的发展,企业之间的竞争异常激烈,培养具有自我学习能力的高技能知识型员工成为企业长远发展的核心竞争力。越来越多的企业开始意识到员工长期发展和企业内部知识管理的重要性。文章通过分析企业大学的各构成要素,以SECI模型为理论基础,提出了基于知识管理的企业大学的建设模型。

With the development of knowledge economy and information technology, the competition among enterprises is very fierce. It is the core competitiveness of the enterprises to develop high skilled knowledge workers with the ability of self-study.More and more companies are beginning to realize the importance of long-term people development and knowledge management in the enterprise.This paper analyzes the elements of the enterprise university, and using SECI model as the theoretical basis, points out a construction model of corporate university based on knowledge management.
