蒙医五味甘露浴对佐剂性关节炎大鼠5-HT、DA、NE的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Five Herbs Medicated Bathing Therapy in Mongolian Medicine on 5-HT,DA,NE in Rats Model of Adjuvant Arthritis

摘要 目的:观察蒙医五味甘露浴对佐剂性关节炎大鼠下丘脑中五-羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量的影响。方法:将40只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、来氟米特组和五味甘露浴组,每组10只。除正常对照组外,其余各组大鼠进行造模,在无菌条件下将大鼠右后足趾部注射0.1ml的CFA(完全弗氏佐剂)致炎,正常对照组注射同剂量的生理盐水。造模后第3d,对药浴组进行1次/d,30min/次的治疗,连续药浴治疗15d[温度为(40±2)℃]。同样的方法,对正常对照组和模型组做温水浴治疗作为对照。来氟米特组以0.17g/kg剂量灌胃进行治疗15d。采用ELISA法检测大鼠5-HT、DA、NE的含量。结果:与正常对照组相比,模型组5-HT、DA、NE的含量明显升高(P<0.05),五味甘露浴组、来氟米特组与模型组比5-HT、DA、NE的含量明显降低(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,蒙医五味甘露浴组与来氟米特组比,5-HT、DA、NE的含量明显降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:蒙医五味甘露浴可能通过调节AA大鼠5-HT、DA、NE的含量,对AA起到抗炎、镇痛作用。 Objective To observe the effect of Five Herbs Medicated Bathing therapy in mongolian medicine on 5 -HT,DA,NE in adjuvant arthritis rats.Methods 40 male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,leflunomide group and five herbs medicated bathing group,10 rats in each group.Except the normal control group,the rest groups were modeling under sterile conditions.The right plantar of the rats were injected 0.1 ml of the CFA (complete Freund's adjuvant,CFA)to be inflammatory and normal control group were injected with the same dose of saline.After 3 days,the treatment groups were given 1times/d of bath, 30min/times for 15d [temperature is (40 &#177;2)℃].The same method,the normal control group and the model group were treated with warm water bath as a control.The leflunomide group lavage with 0.17 g/kg dose for 15d.The contents of 5 -HT,DA and NE were detected by ELISA assay.Results compared with normal control group,the content of 5 -HT,DA and NE in model group was signifi-cantly higher (P 〈0.05),the content of 5 -HT,DA and NE in the leflunomide group and five herbs medicated bathing group was sig-nificantly lower than model group (P 〈0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The content of 5 -HT,DA and NE in the five herbs medicated bathing group was significantly lower than that in leflunomide group,but there was no statistically significant difference (P &gt;0.05).Conclusion five herbs medicated bathing may regulate the content of DA,NE and 5 -HT to anti -inflamma-tory,analgesic effect on rats of AA.
