中西医结合治疗支原体肺炎疗效观察

Observation of Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine on Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的:观察中西结合疗法治疗支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例诊断为支原体肺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,两组均常规给予阿奇霉素抗感染和西医对症治疗,治疗组辨证分期加用中药口服,疗程均为两周,观察并比较两组临床疗效、退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、肺部阴影吸收时间及治疗前后血清hs-CRP、IL-6水平变化等。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.11%,对照组为71.11%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在退热、咳嗽消失、肺部啰音消失、肺部阴影吸收等方面均较对照组有优势,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清hsCRP、IL-6水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合疗法对支原体肺炎有较好的疗效。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of integration of traditional and western medicine on mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods： 90 patients with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. Both groups were given azithromycin for anti-infection and symptomatic treatment with western medicine . The treatment group added Chinese medicine orally by syndrome differentiation and staging. The course of treatment was two weeks. The clinical curative effect, the time of defervescence, the time of cough disappeared, the time of rales disappeared, the time of pulmonary shadows absorbed and the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 in serum before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.11%, the control group was 71.11%, the difference between the two group was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the treatment group was superior to control group in the time of defervescence, cough disappeared, tales disappeared and pulmonary shadows absorbed, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the difference of the serum hs-CRP and IL - 6 levels after treatment between groups was statistically significant. Conclusion： Integrated traditional and western medicine therapy have good clinical outcome in treating mycoplasma pneumonia .
