改良型氧化沟造纸废水处理系统故障分析

摘要 河北某造纸企业采用改良型氧化沟工艺及射流曝气系统处理中段废水。由于停机检修、生产不稳定等原因造成初沉池加药量不易控制、水质浑浊、曝气池污泥老化、二沉池出现漂泥等一系列问题。通过加大排泥量、提高溶解氧浓度、控制污泥浓度及进水水质、水量,取得了较好的效果。 Improved oxidation ditch process and jet aeration system was adopted to treat washing and bleaching effluent in a paper mill in Hebei. Due to downtime and unstable production result in the problem of uneasy control of chemical dosage in primary clarifier, sludge aging in aeration tank and sludge floating in the secondary sedimentation tank, which were solved by increasing sludge discharge ,increasing supply of dissolving oxygen, Controlling of sludge concentration and quality and quantity of influent water and to achieve good results.
