摘要 冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病介入治疗研究表明,高分子生物可降解血管内支架相比传统金属裸支架具有独特优势。本文就几种常见高分子生物可降解冠状动脉支架聚合物材料构型、优缺点及临床试验应用情况作一简要综述。 The researches of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease indicate that polymeric bioabsorbable coronary stents have unique advantages when compared to the traditional bare metallic stents. This paper aims to make a brief survey about the material configuration, advantages and disadvantages of polymeric bioabsorbable coronary stents, etc. and its clinical trial application will also be discussed.
