加强地震灾害应急医学救援军民融合力量建设的研究

Study on strengthening construction of civil-military integration in earthquake emergency medical rescue

笔者在分析国内外军民融合式灾害医学救援现状的基础上,通过对16名卫勤专家进行咨询,论证分析得出我军参与地震灾害应急医学救援军民融合力量建设的机制还不完善,并从三个方面分析了加强地震灾害军队应急医学救援军民融合力量建设的方法,以期为军队应急医学救援力量建设提供一定的理论借鉴。

Basing on the analysis of the status of military and civilian integration of disaster medical support emergency home and abroad, and through the consultation on 16 medical support specialists, the analysis results of this paper demonstrated that there were imperfects in the civil-military integration mechanism of Chinese People＇ s Liberation Army （PLA） involving in the earthquake disaster emergency medical rescue forces building. Furthermore, approaches to strengthen the earthquake military medical rescue forces were discussed from three aspects, in order to provide a theoretical reference for future military emergency medical support emergency.
