产褥期复发银屑病护理体会

Nursing experience of puerperal patient with psoriasis recurrence

回顾性分析产褥期银屑病复发患者的临床护理措施,包括心理护理、皮肤护理、剖宫产切口护理、饮食护理、消毒隔离及静脉穿刺工作,指出产褥期复发银屑病病情复杂,治疗周期长,应重视调节患者心理,加强皮肤护理,及时补充蛋白质以减少其产后并发症,提高生活质量。

Clinical nursing interventions of puerperal patient with psoriasis recurrence were analyzed retrospectively. Nursing for psychology, skin, cesarean section incision, diet were included, and also disinfection and isolation, venipunctures. And then the author put forward that condition of puerperal patient with psoriasis recurrence was complex, and treatment period was long, so we should pay attention to mental care, strengthen skin care, supple protein in time to reduce postpartum complications and improve quality of life.
