摘要
根据约翰·霍兰德的职业兴趣理论建立了职业预测指标体系。影响职业预测的各个因素之间以及各因素与职业的因果关系表现出复杂的非线性关系,很难用确切的数学函数来描述。将小波神经网络引入对大学生的职业预测模型,既利用了小波变换的时一频局部化特性,又能发挥神经网络的自学习功能,还考虑了各种人为因素的综合影响,实现了职业指标的多因素非线性预测。
according to John Holland's professional interest theory, a professional forecasting index system is es- tablished. 1 t is difficult to use the exact mathematical function to describe the complicated nonlinear relation shown by each factor which affects career forecast and causal relationship between each factor and professional. Wavelet neural network is introduced to professional prediction model of college students. It uses the time - frequency locali- zation characteristics of the wavelet transform, and can play self - learning function of the neural network, also con- siders the comprehensive effect of the various human factors, and achieves the multi - factors nonlinear prediction of professional index.
