论职业教育师资队伍建设

On the Vocational Education Teaching Staff

近年来，我国职业教育发展迅猛，办学规模迅速扩张，但职教师资队伍建设相对薄弱，还无法适应职业教育的发展需求。本文对我国职教师资现状进行了分析，从职教师资队伍建设面临的新要求出发，提出了加强职教师资队伍建设的对策建议。

In recent years, the rapid development of vocational education, the rapid expansion of the size of school, but vocational education teaching staff is relatively weak, unable to meet the development needs of vocational education. In this paper, the status of vocational education teachers were analyzed, starting from the new requirements of vocational education teachers facing the construction, we proposed to strengthen voeational education teaching staff countermeasures.
