摘要
PDMS三维设计系统在海洋石油平台、石化装置、核电等领域有着广泛成熟的应用,而在油气田地面工程中应用较少。本文介绍了山西晋城LNG液化工厂项目中使用PDMS软件的相关功能,包括三维安装与出图、多专业协同设计、物资编码在EPC各环节的数据流转等,展现了该系统对于设计能力的提升以及工程项目数据化、信息化及高效能化的重要作用,为类似项目的开展提供经验和建议。
PDMS 3D design was widely used in offshore oil,petrochemical,and nuclear power projects,but seldom used in the oil- gas field surface engineering. PDMS was used in Shanxi Jincheng LNG Project,including 3D modeling and draft,multidisciplinary collaborative design,material coding used in EPC process and digital handover. The PDMS shows its power in increasing design ability,data- driven,efficiency and informatization. This paper can provide experiment and suggestion for similar project.
