Practice and Exploration of Comprehensive Experiment on Comparative Study of Vitamin C Different Analysis Methods

开设维生素C不同分析方法比较研究综合实验,不仅丰富了仪器分析实验的教学内容,加强学生处理样品能力、各种仪器操作技能训练。学生在实验过程中进行实验方案设计并验证方案可行性,不断发现问题、分析与解决问题,练习科研论文写作。通过实验,锻炼学生综合应用能力和团队合作精神,提高综合素质。学生对此类内容丰富、应用性强的综合实验评价高,教学效果良好。

The comprehensive experiment on comparative study of vitamin C different analysis methods was set up for enriching the teaching content of instrument analysis experiment and enhancing students’ ability to deal with the samples,skills training of instrument operation. In the experiment,students designed the experimental scheme and tested its feasibility,constantly found the problem,analysed and solved the problem,practiced in writing research papers. Through the experiment,students ’ comprehensive application ability and the team cooperation spirit were trained and their comprehensive quality were improved. The comprehensive experiment with rich content and strong application was highly evaluated and the teaching effect was good.
