摘要
针对合成气原料所含硫化物的特点,以干法脱硫为基础设计了合成气深度净化脱硫工艺流程,可用于丁辛醇、合成氨、甲醇生产装置合成气原料超深度净化。齐鲁一化丁辛醇生产车间合成气净化脱硫工段应用情况表明,设计的合成气净化脱硫装置完全能够满足丁辛醇装置生产对合成气原料硫含量的要求,净化脱硫塔运行稳定、设计合理。
A deep desulfurization process was designed for syngas and could be used for removing H2 S,COS,mercaptan and thioether in the production process of butanol and octanol,ammonia,acetic acid and methanol. The industrial application result in the butanol and octanol production unit in the First Chemical Fertilizer Plant of Qilu showed that the deep desulfurization process designed could completely meet the demand of sulfur content and work properly.
