铁碳-Fenton-混凝工艺预处理生物化工废水的研究

摘要 针对生物化工废水成分复杂、有机物浓度高、具有生物抑制性、可生化性差等特点,本文采用铁碳-Fenton-混凝工艺进行了预处理试验研究。首先通过单因素试验确定了铁碳反应p H值、反应时间、Fenton反应p H值、Fe SO4加量、H2O2加量、反应时间及混凝反应混凝剂加量等的最优参数,在最优单因素参数下进行铁碳-Fenton-混凝联合工艺。整个预处理系统出水COD去除率达78.12%,氨氮的去除率达80.29%,可生化性提高,为后续综合污水的生物处理提供了有利条件。 Because of the biological chemical wastewater contained the characteristics of complex composition,high concentration of organic matter,biological inhibitory,poor biochemical,this paper introduced the pretreatment using icon carbon- Fenton- coagulation process experimental research. Firstly,the Reaction conditions of such as reaction p H,reaction time of iron carbon,reaction p H,Fe SO4 addition amount,H2O2 addition amount,reaction time of Fenton and the coagulant added amount of coagulation reaction were determined by the single factor experimen. Then proceeded the iron carbon- Fenton- coagulation combined process Under the optimal parameters of single factor. The COD removal rate was78. 12%,and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate was 80. 29% of the pretreatment system,which can improve the biodegradability and provides favorable conditions for subsequent biological treatment of the comprehensive sewage.
