孤岛采油厂回注水杀菌剂室内筛选研究

Study on the Selection of Fungicides for Reinjection Water in Gudao Oilfield

孤岛采油厂污水处理系统在用杀菌剂存在杀菌效果不佳、污水处理不达标的问题。针对以上问题,本文将山东化友水处理技术有限公司提供的10种杀菌剂与该厂在用杀菌剂进行了杀菌效果对比、筛选试验。结果表明,该公司提供的6号杀菌剂杀菌效果最好,高于现场在用杀菌剂,且最佳投加浓度为1.5×10-5,既满足了杀菌要求,又降低了成本。

The sterilization effect of bactericide using on sewage treatment systems of Gudao oil production was ineffective.The sewage water was not up to the standard after treating. To solve the above problems,Shandong Huayou Water Treatment Technology Co.,Ltd. provided 10 kinds of fungicides,and did experiment on screening test for sterilizing effect. The No.6 bactericide stood out,and its optimal dosing concentration is 1. 5 × 10- 5. Its sterilization effect was better than bactericide using. The No. 6 bactericide meets the requirements of the sterilization and reduces the cost.
