摘要
[目的]优化苯酰乙腈类杀螨剂丁氟螨酯的合成工艺。[方法]以对叔丁基氯苄为原料经氰化、缩合、酯交换、酰化反应合成丁氟螨酯。[结果]在优化的反应条件下,反应总收率60.3%(以对叔丁基氯苄计),含量98.2%。[结论]该工艺收率高、操作简便、产品纯度高,适合工业化生产。
[Aims] Cyflumetofen is an important benzoyl cyanide acaricide, the study aims to optimize the synthetic process. [Methods] Cyflumetofen was synthesized by reactions of cyanation, condensation, hydrolysis, transesterifieation and acylation. [Results] Under the optimal condition, the total yield was 60.3% based on 4-tert-butylbenzyl chloride and the purity was 98.2%. [Conclusions] The synthetic process has some advantages of high yield, simple operation and high purity, and it is suitable for industrial production.
