新型杀虫剂氯氟氰虫酰胺对棉铃虫的毒力和田间防效 被引量:8

Bioactivity and Field Efficacy of Cyhalodiamide against Helicoverpa armigera

摘要 [目的】研究氯氟氰虫酰胺对棉铃虫的毒力和田间药效。【方法】采用浸渍法,测定氯氟氰虫酰胺对棉铃虫的室内活性,并进行田间药效试验。【结果】氯氟氰虫酰胺对棉铃虫的毒力Lc,值为0.145mg/L,与氟苯虫酰胺、氯虫苯甲酰胺相当,高于高效氯氰菊酯。田间试验结果表明,药后3~10d,在45~60ga.i./hm2时,20%氯氟氰虫酰胺悬浮剂对棉铃虫的杀虫、保蕾和保顶防效均可达90%以上,与氟苯虫酰胺、氯虫苯甲酰胺相当,高于高效氯氰菊酯。【结论】氯氟氰虫酰胺对棉铃虫具有良好的室内生物活性和田间防效,可应用于防治棉铃虫。 [Aims] The aim of this study is to evaluate the toxicity and the field efficacy of cyhalodiamide against Helicoverpa armigera. [Methods] The toxicity of cyhalodiamide against H. armigera was tested by leaf-dipping method, and field trial was carried out. [Results] The LCs0 value of toxicity against H. armigera was 0.145 mg/L, almost equivalent to that of flubendiamide and chlorantraniliprole, higher than that of beta cypermethrin. The control efficacy against H. armigera 3-10 d after treatment was above 90% at 45-60 g a.i./ha, equivalent to that of flubendiamide and chlorantraniliprole, higher than that of beta cypermcthrin. [Conclusions] Cyhalodiamide has good bioactivity and field efficacy against H. armigera, and can be sprayed to control H. armigera.
