井冈霉素与嘧苷素复配剂防治白术白绢病效果及应用技术 被引量:4

Application Techniques and Control Efficacy of the Mixture of Jingangmycin and PNB(Pyamidine Nucleotide Bacteriophages)against Atractylodes Blight Caused by Sclerotium rolfsii

摘要 [目的]探明井冈霉素与嘧啶核苷类抗菌素(嘧苷素)复配剂对白术白绢病的防治效果,并形成应用技术。[方法]采用生长速率法测定室内抑菌活性,并进行安全性评价、田间药效试验和应用技术研究。[结果]井冈霉素、嘧苷素对白术白绢病具有一定的离体抑菌活性,其EC50值为69.80、83.91mg/L;筛选明确了井冈霉素与嘧苷素配比为5:1时,具有最高活性(EC50值为65.25mg/L)和最大共毒系数(CTC为110.06)。6%井冈·嘧苷素As对白术生长具有较好的安全性,试验剂量下喷雾20d后,株高抑制率为-0.52%~0.92%。田间药效试验表明,6%井冈·嘧苷素AS使用剂量为450ga.i./hm。时,喷雾防治2次的田间防效在72.37%~84.28%之间。且连续喷雾防治3次比灌根处理可取得更好的防治效果。[结论]6%井冈·嘧苷素As能够有效控制白术白绢病危害,可在生产上推广应用。 [Aims] The study aims to assess the control efficacy of the mixture of Jingangmycin and PNB (pyamidine nucleotide bacteriophages) for controlling Sclerotium rolfsii on Atraetylodes maeroeephaia and to develop the application techniques. [Methods] Inhibitory activities were determined through the mycelia growth rate method. Plant safety, field efficacy and application technique experiments were further carried out [Results] The results showed that both Jingangmyein and PNB had good bioactivity against S. rolfsii with 50% effective concentration (ECs0) of 69.80 and 83.91 mg/L, respectively. The strongest activity (ECso of 65.25 mg/L) and the maximum co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) of 110.06 were observed when Jingangmycin and PNB were the mixed at the ratio of 5:l. The safety tests showed that 6% Jingangmycin,PNB aqueous solution (AS) was safe to A. maeroeephaia indicated by the plant height inhibition rates of-0.52-0.92% 20 days after sprays. The field control efficacy was 72.37-84.28% for 2 times of sprays at 450 g a.iJha. Moreover, spraying for 3 times can got better control efficacy than that of root pouring treatments. [Conclusions] This study suggested that 6% Jingangrnycin'PNB AS was suitable to register and apply for controlling S. rolfsii on A. mac rocephaicL
