摘要
研究了流动与传热规律,结果表明,干熄炉系统的零压面位于斜道内部,冷却室内气流分布均匀程度与焦炭下降移动的床层空隙率及斜道出口调节砖布置和负压程度有关。在高温区域延长载气的停留时间,以及在低温区域改善载气与焦炭之间的气流分布,可强化干熄炉内气-固之间的传热效果。
Study on the flow and heat transfer process shows that the zero pressure level of CDQ system is located in the corbel zone,so the distribution of gas flow in the cooling chamber is not only related to the voidage of moving coke bed, but also related to the layout of regulating bricks at the outlet of corbel zone and negative pressure. Heat transfer between gas and coke in CDQ chamber can be enhanced by prolonging the stay of carrier gas in high temperature area and improving the gas flow distribution between the carrier gas and coke in the low temperature area.
