根据冲钻孔灌注桩成孔质量测试技术的应用现状,系统地介绍了触探式成孔质量测试技术的测试方法、原理和测试检验标准,并简述了该测试技术在测试应用中存在的问题。最后,通过结合两个工程实例,得出成孔质量测试可获得灌注桩的相关成孔参数,证实成孔质量测试在一定程度上可以起到提前预控成桩质量的作用,对优化设计和研究基桩承载性能等具有参考价值,无论从工程技术角度还是经济效益来看都是非常有益的。

According to the current situation of the application for hole quality testing technology of punching pile and bored grouting pile, the application process and principle of contact type testing technology were introduced, meanwhile, testing criterions and some existing problems of hole quality testing technology were reviewed emphatically. And finally, the related parameters of cast - in - place pile were obtained through the two engineering examples of hole quality testing. The analytical solutions indicated that the hole quality testing could play a significant role in protecting the pile quality to some extent, and had a certain reference value to optimize the design and study on the bearing performance of pile, which means that the hole quality testing was conducive to the engineering technology and economic benefit in some ways.
