摘要
以福州、泉州等地三条旧水泥路面实体工程为依托,分析了不同共振碎石化设备的异同点,通过承载板试验,计算了旧水泥路面共振碎石化后顶面当量回弹模量。基于以上,进行了沥青路面加铺结构设计。结果表明,共振碎石化后旧路的顶面当量回弹模量取值较小,代表值约为180MPa;共振碎石化后的加铺结构设计可按柔性基层的沥青路面结构进行设计;为保证加铺面层厚度适宜,建议共振碎石化后的顶面当量回弹模量应大于250Mpa,并根据不同交通量等级下进行结构设计计算。
Based on tlu'ee oht cement pavements engineering in Fuzhou and Quanzhou areas, comparison was made among different reso- nance equipment, equivalent resilient modulus were calculated on top of resonant rubblized concrete pavement through bearing plate test. Asphalt overlay structures were designed based on the above. The result shows, values of equivalent resilient modulus on top of rubblized concrete pavement are taken relatively small and representative value is 180MPa; Asphalt overlay structures couht be designed according to the flexible base asphah pavement structure; In order to ensure the proper thickness of surface course, values of equivalent resilient modu- lus on top of rubblized concrete pavement is suggested more than 250MPa, and the structure design calculation is based on different traffic levels.
