上跨现浇与下穿预制交叉桥支架施工技术

摘要 某互通立交桥梁工程,下穿主线桥为预制吊装T梁,而上跨匝道为现浇箱梁,上下层间净空小。本文对作业空间受限的两桥交叉施工技术进行探讨。主要探讨了先架设T梁再施工现浇箱梁的支架施工方案,即采用贝雷梁配打入钢管桩,桩上接钢管柱,钢管柱从T梁湿接缝穿过的支架方案。本方案较好的解决了立交桥交叉施工互相干扰、影响施工安全、工程进度等问题。 The interchange bridge which the undercrossing is a precast hoisting T beam and overpass is a cast - in - situ box beam has small headroom. The framing construction scheme of erecting the T beam before the cast - in - situ box beam for this kind of Interchange Bridge is discussed. The construction scheme is that the bailey beam is embedded in steel pipe pile, and then the steel tube poles pass through the wet -joint, solving the problem of interference, construction safety and project progress.
