The development of intelligent building is quick, the intelligent residence also becomes the important sign of life quality improvement. At present, building automation technology widely used in construction engineering, and has important practical significance in the development of construction technology. Intelligent engineering all over the world is moving towards the innovation phase constant. This paper introduces the technology of intelligent building and building automation, based on current situation of building equipment automation technology in China, analysis and discussion were made.
