顾客反馈怎样及如何影响员工创造力——基于心理机制与外部支持的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 员工创造力是企业成长与成功的不竭动力来源。企业生产的产品或提供的服务好不好,最有发言权的莫过于亲身体验过的顾客,运用顾客的力量来为企业添薪加火是顾客管理研究日益增长的热门话题。现有研究很少将顾客反馈与员工创造力结合在一起。本研究通过引入员工自我改进动机,组织创新氛围和知觉的主管支持,尝试从建构发展理论视角来探讨企业如何巧妙地将顾客反馈融于绩效考评之中,以激发员工创造力来改进产品或服务,并就管理实践给出了相应建议。
