服务员工适应性行为的价值探讨与培育措施

摘要 在复杂多变的环境下,服务型企业更加依赖员工的适应性行为为顾客提供适宜情境的价值主张。本文探索服务交往中员工适应性行为的内涵及对价值创造的影响,为企业培育员工的适应性行为提供建议。
