On the Political Culture Transformation of China's Governance Modernization

政治文化作为一种深层次的社会价值观念,它的健康发展直接影响着国家治理的成效,进而还影响着政治系统的合法性,给一个国家的政治发展带来深远的影响。当前,中国传统政治文化中的消极落后因素已经成为实现国家治理现代化的深层障碍。因此,在推进国家治理现代化的进程中,必须推动中国传统政治文化的现代化转型。构建起与国家治理现代化相适应的新型政治文化是实现国家治理现代化的客观要求。

Political culture, as a profound social value view, the healthy development directly affects the efficiency of national governance, furthermore, affects the validity of political system, bringing a deep influence to a nation＇s political development. In recent years, some negative and backward factors in Chinese traditional culture became a major impediment to China＇s governance modernization. Therefore, in the process of impelling China＇s governance modernization, the modernization transformation should be promoted; a new political culture matching with China＇s governance modernization should be built, those which are objective requirements by China＇s governance modernization.
