摘要
我国优质高等教育领域(以"211院校"为代表)存在本地化现象,各省优质高等教育的招生本地化程度与各省学生优质高等教育的入学机会密切相关。我们可以用本地化率、本地院校贡献率、本地族群率这三种指标来衡量一省招生本地化的程度。其中,本地族群率这一指标在反映招生本地化与入学机会的关系上具有优势。以2012年的数据为例,贵州等省招生本地化较为严重,而浙江、云南等省份则存在"被本地化"情况。为此,可通过拓宽高校经费渠道、改革招生方式、增强高校对地方的服务意识等方面来解决这一问题。
High quality higher education sector in China(represented by "211" colleges and universities) localization phenomenon, the provincial quality higher education enrollment localization level and the provincial students is closely related to the quality of higher education admission size. We can use the localization rate, rate of contribution rate of local colleges, local ethnic these three indicators to measure the degree of a provincial enrollment localization, among them, the local population rate the indicators in reflecting the enrollment localization ties to admission.
