桂枝茯苓汤对阑尾手术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

Influence of Guizhi Fuling Decoction on the Gastrointestional Function Recovery After Appendix Surgery

目的:观察桂枝茯苓汤对阑尾手术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法:将140例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各70例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用桂枝茯苓汤治疗。结果:治疗组显效率为92.9%,对照组显效率为78.6%,两组显效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后临床症状评分都明显低于治疗前,且治疗后治疗组临床症状评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组肛门排气时间和排便时间分别为(87.24±13.98)h和(103.98±18.13)h,都明显低于对照组(103.98±18.13)h和(92.76±11.99)h,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓汤可有效促进阑尾手术后胃肠功能恢复,减轻胃肠症状,提高临床疗效。

Objective： To discuss the influence of Guizhi Fuling Decoction on the gastrointestional f＇unetion recnvery after appendix surgery. Methods： 140 cases were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 70 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional western medicine treatment while treatment group were added with Guizhi Fuling Decoction. Results： The marked effective rate was 92.9% in treatment group and 78.6% in control group; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Tile scores of clinical symptoms in both groups after the treatment were obviously lower than before the treatment, and the scores in treatment group were much lower than those in contrnl group ; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05）. The anal evacuation time and defecation time of treatment group was （87.24 ± 13.98 ） h and （ 103.98 ± 18.13 ） h respectively, both of which were obviously shorter than these in control group with corresponding （ 103.98 ± 18.13） h and （92.76 ± 11.99） h; the difference had statistical signiticance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Guizhi Fuling Decoction can effectively promote the gastrointes- tional function recovery ＇after appendix surgery, relieve the gastrointestional symptoms and enhance the clinical efficacy.
