半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究

Clinical Research on Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Treated with Modified Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction

目的:观察半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组各50例,对照组给予奥美拉唑为主的三联疗法口服治疗,观察组给予半夏泻心汤加减治疗,两组疗程均为30 d,观察两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后炎性细胞因子及免疫功能的影响。结果:观察组有效率明显高于对照组;观察组IL-1、IL-2、IL-6及TNF-α均明显低于对照组;观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+明显高于对照组,CD8+明显低于对照组。结论:半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Modified Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）. Methods： 100 cases with CAG were randomized into obseration group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Control group were given triple therapy with Omeprazole as the main medicine while observation group were given Modified Pinel- lia Heart-Draining Decoction, 30 d as a treatment course for both groups. The clinical effects and the influences on inflammatory cytokines and immunity after the treatment in both groups were observed. Results ： The effective rate of observation group was ob- viously higher than that of control group. The levels of IL-1, IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α in observation group were apparently lower than these in control group. The levels of CD3 ＋ , CIM ＋ and CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ in observation group were markedly higher than these in control group, and the ievel of CD8 ＋ was significantly lower than that in control group. Conclusion： Modified Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction has remarkable therapeutic effects on CAG.
