复方丹参滴丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床研究

Unstable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease Treated with Compound Danshen Dropping Pill

目的:观察复方丹参滴丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将98例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组各49例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采用复方丹参滴丸治疗,每次10粒,日3次,两组均治疗3周。观察两组患者心绞痛症状、心电图改变情况及不良反应出现情况。结果:观察组有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组ST段下移幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),心肌缺血发作次数和持续时间均显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应明显少于对照组,两组均无严重不良反应。结论:复方丹参滴丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of Compound Danshen Dropping Pill on unstable angina pectoris. Methods ： 98 cases with unstable angina pectoris were randomized into observation group and treatment group, with 49 eases in each group. Control group were given conventional treatment while observation group were added with Compound Danshen Dropping Pill, I0 pills each time and 3 times a day. Both groups were treated for 3 weeks. The symptoms of angina pectoris, EGC changes and ad- verse reactions of both groups were observed. Results： The effective rate of observation group was markedly higher than that of control group ; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The decline of ST section in observation group was apparent- ly greater than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The attacks and duration of myocardial ischemia as well as the adverse reactions in observation group were obviously lower than these in control group ; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no severe adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion： Compound Danshen Dropping Pill has remarkable therapeutic effects on unstable angina pectoris.
