镇肝复遂汤加减治疗脑梗死临床研究

Clinical Research on Cerebral Infarction Treated with Modified Zhengan Fusui Decoction

目的:观察镇肝复遂汤加减治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:选择本院2013年11月—2014年11月收治的脑梗死患者32例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组28例仅进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予镇肝复遂汤加减治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后的生活活动能力、生存质量及神经功能缺损情况。结果:两组患者治疗后生活活动能力、生存质量评分明显上升,而神经功能缺损评分则明显下降(P<0.05),均以观察组的上升或下降幅度更高;观察组有效率为93.75%(30/32),显著高于对照组的75.00%(21/28),两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上结合镇肝复遂汤治疗脑梗死,可有效改善患者的生活活动能力、生存质量及神经功能缺损情况,疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Zhengan Fusui Decoction on cerebral infarction. Methods： 32 cases with cerebral infarction received by this hospital for November of 2013 to November of 2014 were randomized into control group and observation group. Control group （28 cases ） were given conventional therapy while observation gruup were additionally given Modified Zhengan Fusui Decoction. The clinical effects, activities of daily life before and after the treatment, living quality and neurological impairment of the two groups were observed. Results ： The capacity of activities of daily life and scores of living qual- ity increased markedly in both groups while the scores of neurological impairment declined obviously （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The changes in observation group were much more apparent than that in control group. The effective rate was 93.75% （30/32） in observation group, remarkably higher than that of control group 75.00% （21/28）; the difference between the two groups had statistical sig- nificance （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Conventional therapy combined with Modified Zhengan Fusui Decoction can effectively im- prove the capacity of activities of daily life, scores of living quality and neurological impairment.
