摘要
目的:观察通心络胶囊对脑梗死恢复期患者血液流变学及血脂水平的影响。方法:将93例脑梗死恢复期患者随机分为观察组47例和对照组46例,对照组患者服用肠溶阿司匹林和盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予通心络胶囊治疗,疗程均为3个月。检测两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、血液流变学和血脂水平。结果:治疗后两组患者神经功能缺损评分均有明显改善,并且观察组患者神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者全血黏度(高切)、全血比黏度(低切)、血浆黏度、TC和TG水平明显降低,而HDL-C水平明显升高,并且观察组患者上述指标水平改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊可有效调节血液流变学和血脂水平,对脑梗死恢复期患者具有较好疗效。
Objective: To observe the influence of Tongxinluo Capsule(TXLC) on blood theology and blond lipid of patients with cerebral infarction in recovery stage. Methods:Ninety-three patients with cerebral infarction in recovery stage were randomly di- vided into the observation group and the control group, with 47 and 46 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given enteric-coated aspirin and flunarizine hydrochioride capsule, while the ones in the control group were added TXLC on the basic: treatment of the control group. Both groups regarded 3 months as a eourse. Then nerve function impairment score, blood theology anti blood lipid before and after the treatment in both groups were detected. Results: After the treatment, nerve function impairment scores of both groups were obviously improved; The observation group was lower than the control group; And the difference between them had statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ). After the treatment, the whole tdood viscosity ( high cut) , whole blood contrast viscosity (low cut) , plasma viscosity, TC and TG levels before and after the treatment in both groups were significantly decreased, while HDL-e level was significantly increased ; The improved degrees of the above indexes of the observa- tion group were better than those of the control group ; And the differences between them had statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : TXLC has better clinical curative effect on patients with cerebral infarction in recovery stage, can effectively regulate blood rheology and blood lipid levels.
