丹红注射液治疗脑梗死45例

Forty-Five Cases with Cerebral Infarction Treated with Danhong Injection

目的:观察丹红注射液治疗脑梗死的临床疗效,以及对患者凝血功能及血液流变学指标的影响。方法:将90例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用丹红注射液治疗,观察两组的临床疗效,凝血功能及血液流变学指标变化情况。结果:观察组有效率为90.70%,对照组有效率为76.74%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前凝血功能指标及血液流变学指标比较,无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组改善情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液治疗脑梗死疗效确切,可起到有效抗凝血作用,并可改善血液流变学指标,促进症状缓解。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Danhong Injection on cerebral infarction and its influence on the coagula- tion function and hemorheology indexes. Methods： 90 cases were randomized into observation group and contt, ol group, with 45 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional treatment while observation group were added with Danhong Injection for the treatment. The clinical effects, coagulation ihnction and changes of hemorileology indexes were observed. Results ： The ef- fective rate was 90.70% in observation group and 76.74% in control group; the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the coagulation function and changes of hemorheology indexes between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The improvement in observation group was better than that in control group ; the difference had statistical sig- nificance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Danhong Injection, with exact therapeutic effects on cerebral infarction, can prevent blood co- agulation, improve hemorheology indexes and promote the relief of symptoms,
