中医辨证治疗丙型肝炎21例

Twenty-One Cases with Hepatitis C Treated Based on Syndrome Differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:观察中医辨证治疗丙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:选取丙型肝炎患者42例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组21例。观察给予内服中药汤剂治疗,对照组给予常规西医治疗。结果:观察组有效率为76.2%,对照组有效率为81.0%,两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后血清ALT水平优于对照组(P<0.05);两组近期疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),观察组远期疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证治疗丙型肝炎疗效显著,能够有效改善患者临床症状体征,促进患者肝功能的恢复,远期疗效可靠。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of syndrome differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） on hepa- titis C. Methods ： 42 cases with hepatitis were randomized into observation group and control group, with 21 cases in each group. Observation group were orally administered Chinese medicine decoction while control group were given conventional western medi- cine treatment. Results ： The effect rate was 76.2% in observation group and 81.0% in control group ; the difference had no sta- tistical significance （P 〉 0.05 ）. The level of serum ALT in observation group was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference of the short-term efficacy between the two groups （P 〉0.05 ）. The long-term efficacy of obser- vation group was better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment has re- markable therapeutic efeccts on hypertitis C, which can effectively improve the clinical sy,nptoms and signs of the patients and promote the recovery of their liver function with secure long-term efficacy.
