益肝消鼓汤加减配合介入治疗原发性肝癌42例

Forty-Two Cases with Primary Liver Cancer Treated with Modified Liver-Benefiting and Distention-Reducing Decoction Combined with Interventional Therapy

目的:观察益肝消鼓汤加减配合介入治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法:选取本院接诊的84例晚期原发性肝癌的患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例,对照组给予单纯介入治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用益肝消鼓汤加减治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为90.5%,对照组有效率为66.7%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组肝功能改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不同时间段生存率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益肝消鼓汤加减配合介入治疗原发性肝癌疗效显著,能够明显改善患者临床症状,延长患者生存期。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of modified Liver-Benefiting and Distention-Reducing Decoction combined with interventional therapy on primary liver cancer. Methods： 84 cases with primary liver cancer of advanced stage received by this hospital were selected as the study objects and randomized into treatment group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. Control group were simply given intervention therapy while treatment group were added with modified Liver-Benefiting and Distention-Reducing Decoction. Results： The effective rate of treatment group （90.5%） was higher than that of control group （ 66.7 % ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The function improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The sur- vival rates of treatment group at different periods were remarkably higher than these of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Montified Liver-Benefiting and Distention-Reducing Decoction combined with interventional therapy has significant therapeutic effects on primary liver cancer, which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and prolong their lifetime.
