清金化痰汤联合西药治疗病毒性流行性感冒伴咳嗽40例

Forty Cases with Viral Influenza Accompanied with Cough Treated with Lung-Clearing and Phlegm-Resolving Decoction Combined with Western Medicine

目的:观察清金化痰汤联合西药治疗病毒性流行性感冒(简称流感)伴咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:选取病毒性流感患者80例为研究对象,随机、分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组给予抗病毒、退热、止咳等常规对症治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用清金化痰汤治疗。结果:治疗组有效率92.50%,对照组有效率67.50%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组临床症状消失时间、病毒阴转时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清金化痰汤联合西药治疗病毒性流感伴咳嗽疗效明显,能有效缩短症状缓解时间及住院时间,不良反应少。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Lung-Clearing and Phlegm-Resolving Decoction combined with western medicine on viral influenza accompanied with cough. Methods： 80 cases with viral influenza were selected as the study objects and randomized into control group and treatment group, with 40 eases in each group. Control group were given symptomatic anti- viral, fever-abating and cough-checking treatment while treatment group were additionally given Lung-Clearing and Phlegm-Resol- ving Decoc, tion. Results ： The effective rate of treatment group （92.50%） was higher than that of control group （67.50%） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The time for symptoms disappearance as well as time for viral negative conversion together with hospital stay in treatment group was shorter than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no statistical significance of the difference between the ad- verse reaction rates of the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Results ： Lung-Clearing and Phlegm-Resolving Decoction combined with west- ern medicine has remarkable effects on viral influenza accompanied with cough, which can effectively shorten the time for symp- tom relief and hospital stay and also reduce the adverse reactions.
