清热化疮汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床研究

Clinical Research on Recurrent Oral Ulcer Treated with Heat-Clearing and Ulcer-Eliminating Decoction

目的:观察清热化疮汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡(recurrent oral ulcer,ROU)的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的80例ROU患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组给予清热化疮汤治疗,疗程为14 d,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组愈显率分别为92.5%、67.5%,治疗组愈显率明显高于对照组(χ2=13.625,P=0.027);两组患者治疗后3 d、7 d时溃疡面积与溃疡疼痛VAS评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),但同期组间比较治疗组较对照组改善明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:清热化疮汤治疗ROU疗效理想,可缩短病程,降低复发率。

Objeetive： To observe the clinical effects of Heat-Clearing and Ulcer-Eliminating Decoction on recurrent oral ulcer （ROU）. Methods： 80 cases with ROU received by this hospital were selected as the study objects and randomized into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional western medicine while treatment group were given Heat-Clearing and Ulcer-Eliminating Decoetion, with 14 d as a treatment course. The clinical effects of both groups were observed. Results： The cured and markedly effective rate of treatment group （92.5%） was apparently higher than that of control group （67.5%） （ X2 = 13. 625, P = 0. 027 ）. Alter 3 d and 7 d of treatment, the ulcer area and VAS score of the ulcer pain got obvious improvement in both groups when compared with before the treatment （P 〈 0. 035 ）, and the improvement in treatment group was greater than that in control group at the same period of time （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the difference had statistical signifi- cance. Conclusion： Heat-Clearing and Ulcer-Eliminating Decoction has satisfactory effects on ROU, which can shorten the course of the disease and reduce the recurrent rate.
