中药足浴联合康复新液湿敷治疗糖尿病足24例

Twenty-Four Cases with Diabetic Foot Treated with Chinese Medicine Foot Bath Combined with Wet Compressing of Kangfuxin Solution

目的:观察中药足浴联合康复新液湿敷治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:选择糖尿病足患者48例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各24例,对照组予以康复新液湿敷,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加中药足浴治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为87.4%,对照组有效率为66.5%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药足浴联合康复新液湿敷治疗糖尿病足疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Chinese medicine foot bath combined with wet compressing of Kangfuxin Solution on diabetic foot. Methods： 48 cases with diabetic foot were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 24 cases in each group. Control group were given wet compressing of Kangfuxin Solution for the treatment while treatment group were added with Chinese medicine foot bath. Results： The effective rate was 87.4% in treatment group and 66.5% in control group; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： Chinese medicine foot bath combined with wet compressing of Kangfuxin Solution has remarkable therapeutic effects on diabetic foot.
