中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎临床研究

Research on the Effects of Chinese Formula with Action of Nourishing yin,Clearing Heat,Activating blood and Alleviating Water Retention on Lupus Nephritis

目的:观察中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎的临床疗效。方法:将133例狼疮性肾炎患者随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组66例采用西医治疗,研究组67例在对照组治疗的基础上采用中药治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:两组患者在24 h尿蛋白定量、尿素氮、肌酐、Ig G、C3、C4等指标的比较上,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of integrated Chinese and western medicine on lupus nephritis （LN）. Meth- ods： 113 cases with LN were randomized into control group （66 cases） and research group （67 cases）. Control group were given western medicine treatment while research group were additionally given Chinese medicine treatment. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The differences in the urine protein quantitation of 24h, urea nitrogen, creatinine, IgG, C3 and C4 between the two groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Integrated Chinese and western medicine has remarkable therapeutic effects on LN.
