中西医结合治疗儿童支气管哮喘临床研究

Clinical Research on Bronchial Asthma in Children Treated with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将120例儿童支气管哮喘患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例,对照组采用GINA方案治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中频中药穴位导入治疗。结果:对照组有效率为70.0%,治疗组有效率为90.0%,两组有效率比较,差异有显著(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗儿童支气管哮喘疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of integrated Chinese and western medicine on bronchial asthma in children. Methods： 120 children with bronchial asthma were randomized into control group and treatment group, with 60 cases in each group. Control group were performed GINA program while treatment group were added with acupoints drug delivery of intermedi- ate frequency. Results ： The effective rate was 70.0% in control group and 90.0% in treatment group ; the difference was signifi- cant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Results： Integrated Chinese and western medicine has remarkable therapeutic effects on bronchial asthma in children.
