加味半夏白术天麻汤联合温胆汤治疗高血压合并高脂血症40例

Forty Cases with Hypertension Complicated with Hyperlipidemia Treated with Supplemented Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction Combined with Gallbladder-Warming Decoction

目的:观察加味半夏白术天麻汤联合温胆汤治疗高血压合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2012年6月—2014年12月收治的80例老年高血压合并高脂血症患者为研究对象,随机平均分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组给予西药硝苯地平联合血脂康胶囊治疗,观察组给予加味半夏白术天麻汤联合温胆汤治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及相关指标的变化。结果:观察组高血压有效率显著高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组变化较对照组更为明显,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组高脂血症有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味半夏白术天麻汤联合温胆汤治疗高血压合并高脂血症降压及降脂效果明显,疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Supplemented Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Gallblad- der-Wanning Decoction on hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods： 80 cases with senile hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia received by this hospital from June of 2012 to December of 2014 were selected as the study objects and ran- domized into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Control group were given Nifedipine combined with Xuezhikang Capsule for the treatment while observation group were added with Supplemented Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoc- tion combined with Gallbladder-Warming Decoction. The clinical effects and the changes of relevant indexes in the two groups were compared. Results ： The effective rate of hypertension in observation group was greatly higher than that in control group ; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）, The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C in both groups were better than these befi）re the treatment and the changes in observation group was more obvious than these in control group; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The effective rate on hyperlipidemia in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group ; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Supplemented Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Gallbladder-Warming Decoction has remarkable therapeutic effects of lowering blood pressure and blood lipid in hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia.
