Application of TCM Nursing to the Hysteromyoma of Perioperative Period

目的:观察中医护理应用于子宫肌瘤围术期的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年2月—2014年4月在本院住院接受治疗的68例子宫肌瘤患者,随机分为对照组和试验组各34例,对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组护理基础上行中医护理,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:试验组并发症、住院时间以及排气时间等方面明显优于对照组,治疗组有效率为97.06%,明显高于对照组的82.35%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理子宫肌瘤围术期疗效显著,可在一定程度上提升患者生存质量。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of TCM nursing on hysteromyoma of perioperative period. Methods ： 68 eases with hysteromyoma received by this hospital from February of 2013 to April of 2014 were randomized into control group and exper- imental group, with 34 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional nursing while experimental group were added with TCM nursing. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results ： The complications, hospital stays and evacua- tion time in experimental group were better than these in control group. The effective rate of experimental group as 97.06% , obvi- ously higher than that of control group （ 82.35% ） ; the difference between tile two groups was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion： TCM nursing has remarkable therapeutic effects on hysteromyoma of perioperative period, which can improve the patients＇ living quality to some degree.
