高永祥教授从“肺为娇脏”论治咳喘病经验

Experience of Professor Gao Yongxiang in Treating for Cough and Gasp Disease Guided by "Lung being a Delicate Viscus"

高永祥在喘咳疾病的诊疗过程中,除了考虑病邪的因素,还注意肺阴的维护,尤其注意温燥之药伤津、耗液的问题。清解时避免伤害正气,止咳时兼顾肺气宣发;化痰时不用温燥之类,理气时慎用耗气之品;宣肺时多合敛阴,宽胸时清凉通络;退热时常加用健脾生津药物润养肺阴,为了保护娇肺"喜润恶燥"的基本状态而谨慎温肺。如需益气,一般都用太子参、黄芪之类,而仅用麻黄、瓜蒌、半夏、陈皮之品散寒祛痰,但补养肺阴的药物应用却比较频繁,如甘草、山药、沙参、麦冬、玄参、白芍、生地黄等频频可见。

In asthmatic cough disease diagnosis and treatment process,in addition to considering pathogenic factors,Gao Yongxiang also pays attention to the maintenance of lung Yin,especially to avoiding the drying medicine＇s injury of body fluid liquid. He trys to avoid damage when applying cleaning solution,cure cough with both lung gas dispersing,reduce phlegm avoiding warm,dry erugs to facilitate Qi without consuming Qi,etc. in order to protect lung. For replenishing Qi,generally use radix pseudostellariae,and astragalus root. Only ephedra,fructus expectoranting cold,pinellia,dried tangerine or orange peel are used to dispel cold. Herts which can nourish lung Yin are used more frequently,such as licorice root,Chinese yam,straight ladybell,radix ophiopogonis,radix scrophulariae,radix paeoniae alba,radix rehmanniae,etc.
