益气活血法治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变临床研究

Clinical Research on Tonifying Qi and Activating Blood Method in Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis

目的:观察益气活血法治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)的临床疗效。方法:56例气虚血瘀型DPN患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予弥可保加前列地尔注射液,治疗组在对照组基础上加服益气活血法中药治疗。治疗后,比较两组患者临床疗效、运动神经传导速度(motor nerve conduction velocity,MCV)、感觉神经传导速度(sensory nerve conduction velocity,SCV)。结果:治疗组有效率78.6%,对照组有效率64.3%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后MCV、SCV比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血法治疗气虚血瘀型DPN疗效显著,可提高MCV、SCV。

Objective： To investigate the effect of tonifying Qi and activating blood Method in treating for Diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods： 56 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given Alprostadil fat emulsiom injection. The treatment group was given Chinese medicine functioning in tonifying Qi and actirating blood based on the control group.After treatment,compare the clinical effects,the motor nerve conduction velocity,and the sensory nerve conduction velocity of the two groups. Results： The effective rate was 78. 6% in treatment group,while that in control group was 64. 3%. The differences are statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. compare with MCV and SCV of the two groups after the treatment,it is found that the difference is statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Treating Diabetic peripheral neuropathy with tonifying Qi and activating blood method is remarkable,which can improve MCV and SCV.
