赵老诊治慢性肾功能不全以脏腑辨证为指导纲要,认为发病之本在于脾肾亏虚,浊瘀交阻、虚实夹杂是病进之机。因此,扶正固本是治疗本病之基本大法。此外,赵老通过气血虚实辨证,多采用活血化瘀药、泄浊排毒药。临证时辨证结合辨病,给药方式灵活,辨证用药热敷,改善手术预后,从而达到良好的临床疗效。

In addition,Professor Zhao usually used promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs and purging turbidity and detoxification medicine according to syndrome differentiation of Qi-blood and excess-deficiency. Professor Zhao combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation in clinical,administration to be flexible,hot packs of Chinese medicine according to syndrome differentiation,and improve the prognosis,so as to achieve good clinical efficacy.
