摘要 辛开苦降法调理脾胃不和证,首先,助脾胃所宜,通其气机为要,使脾升胃降,互相交通。辛味之药助脾气升以润胃,苦味之品助胃气降而燥湿醒脾。辛开苦降,脾胃沟通,互惠互利。其次,采用抑其强、扶其弱的原则,使脾胃之体,强弱均衡。虚则补之,实则泻之,动者制其旺,静者助其动。胃阳热有余,热者寒之,予寒清以制热。脾气虚弱,甘入中土,予甘以补脾之体,健脾之气。温以助阳,助脾以动,运化水谷。最后,顺其所喜,甘寒养阴以润胃体防燥,苦温燥化以助脾防湿困。 Bitter taste and descending method is applicable to visceral disharmony such as disharmony of spleen and stomach and the spleen and stomach. First of all,the stomach dominates reception,the spleen governs transformation and transportation,reception and transformation depand on each other,spleen qi is charac terized by ascend and stomach Qi is charac terized by descent,the two condition each other by coordination of ascent and descent,commonly accomplishing the distribution of essence and conveyance of waste.Secondly,it adopts the principle of restraining its strong,supporting its weak,so that the body of the spleen and stomach,strong and weak equilibrium. Then fill the empty,actually spilled,moving its flourishing,static to dynamic. Stomach Yang heat is more than,the heat is cold.. Finally,Shun its happiness,sweet and cold nourishing yin to moisten the gastric body and prevent dryness,bitter and warm dry to help prevent spleen dampness.
