欲究“治”必求“理”

Studying Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine

笔者围绕欲究"治"必求"理"这个观点,利用因果关系的逻辑推论提出中医学的医理是确立治则治法的原因,且"治"是"理"的结果,并且中医学的"理"分为人体生命之理和方药之理,而且临床时"理"的思路会决定"治"的角度,"理"的层次亦决定"治"的抽象或具体。中医学的一切研究都要求之于中医学的理论认识,并力求在理论上追寻其根本,做到寻根究源、反推其因,只有如此方可整合归纳中医学的理论知识,促进中医学的发展,以臻至境。

This paper considered the opinion of ＂ studying theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM） for researching its treatment＂,and raised that the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the reason of establishing the treatment,accordingly the treatment as the result of the theory depending the cause-effect logic. The paper also raised that the theory contained two aspects of life-body and decoction-herbs,the mind of theory decided the degree of treatment,and the level of theory determined the treatment would be specific or abstract. So all the studies of Traditional Chinese Medicine should be based on the theory,and explore the truth of the theory,to integrate the knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine and make a good progress.
