摘要
目的:分析通秘丸治疗实热证便秘的药效及作用机理。方法:60只昆明种小鼠随机分为健康对照组,模型对照组,通秘丸低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,阳性对照组。给药后,观察药物对正常小鼠和模型小鼠肠道运动功能、小肠碳末推进率的影响。结果:与阳性对照组、健康对照组比较,通秘丸组小鼠碳末推进率增高;小鼠排第一粒黑便时间缩短,粪粒增多;以通秘丸高剂量组作用最为显著。结论:通秘丸能有效增强离体肠肌的收缩功能,促进小鼠肠道蠕动,增加排便次数,从而有效治疗实热证便秘。其作用机理可能与多途径直接或间接调节肠道运动功能有关。
Objective: Analyze the efficacy and mechanism of Tongmi pill in treating excess-heat syndrome of constipation. Methods: 60 Kunming mice were randomly divided into healthy control group,model control group,Tongmi pill low dose group,middle dose group,high dose group,positive control group. After the treatment,observe the effect of drugs on intestinal motor function and small intestine charcoal propulsion rate. Results: Compared with positive control group and healthy control group,the charcoal propulsion rate of Tongmi pill group increased; the first grain time was shorter,increased fecal pellet. The Tongmi pill high dose group had the most significant effect. Conclusion: Tongmi pill can effectively strengthen the contractile function of intestine muscle,promote intestinal peristalsis of mice and increase the defecation frequency to achieve effective treatment. Its mechanism may be related directly or indirectly bowel movement function regulation.
