摘要
《素圃医案》系清朝康熙年间江浙名医郑重光(号素圃)晚年的医案集,其主要学术思想可以概括为:重视阳气;善用姜附特色突出;治病宗经娴于伤寒;火分阴阳善分阴火;脉为准,凭脉者十之八九;圆通活法医意达变等6个方面。全书4卷计收184案,其中伤寒治效53例,暑证治效11例,疟疾治效14例,痢疾治效8例,诸中风证治效12例,男病治效31例,女病治效34例,胎产治效21例。素圃本人除"擅用姜附"外,"人参"用药之频繁亦是全书之首。如"胎产治效"共21例,"人参"之用达16例。
