本体感觉强化锻炼联合运动想象疗法对前交叉韧带双束重建手术患者康复效果的影响

Effect of proprioception strengthening training combined with motor imaginary therapy on recovery in patients with double-bundle reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament

目的探讨本体感觉强化锻炼联合运动想象疗法对前交叉韧带(ACL)双束重建手术患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2011年7月-2014年6月该院收治的62例ACL双束重建术后患者作为研究对象,并随机分为观察组和对照组,两组各31例。对照组给予常规康复治疗,观察组在此基础上给予本体感觉强化锻炼联合运动想象疗法。比较两组术后3及6个月的位置觉和满意度,以及术前术后的Berg平衡量表与Lysholm膝关节评分(LKS)。结果观察组患者术后3及6个月的各测试段的患侧与健侧的位置觉差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组患者术后3及6个月的各测试段的患侧位置觉差值显著大于健侧和观察组的患侧(P<0.05)。术后3及6个月,观察组的Berg平衡量表评分及LKS评分均较显著高于对照组(P<0.05),满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论本体感觉强化锻炼联合运动想象疗法能显著改善ACL双束重建手术患者的本体感觉、平衡能力和膝关节功能,提高了患者的满意度,促进了疾病的康复,值得临床推广应用。

【Objective】 To investigate the effect of proprioception strengthening training combined with motor imaginary therapy on recovery in patients with double-bundle reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament（ACL）.【Methods】 In this study,62 patients with ACL double-bundle reconstruction from July 2012 to June2014 were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 31 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional recovery treatment.The cases in the observation group were given proprioception strengthening training combined with motor imaginary therapy in addition to conventional recovery treatment.The position sense and degree of satisfaction were compared between the two groups 3 and 6 months after surgery.The scores of Berge Balance Scale and Lysholm knee score（LKS） were compared between both groups before surgery and 3 and 6 months after surgery.【Results】 In the observation group,there was no significant difference in the position sense between the affected side and healthy side 3 or 6 months after surgery（P〈0.05）.The position sense of the affected side in the control group was significantly higher than that of the healthy side in the control group and the affected side in the observation group 3 and 6 months after surgery（P〈0.05）.The score of Berge Balance Scale,LKS and the degree of satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group 3 and6 months after surgery（P〈0.05）.【Conclusions】 Proprioception strengthening training combined with motor imaginary therapy can significantly improve the proprioception,balance,knee joint function and satisfaction in patients receiving ACL double-bundle reconstructive surgery,and promote rehabilitation.It is worthy of clini-cal promotion and application.
