趋化因子CCL15在肝癌患者血清中的表达及其临床意义 被引量：2

摘要 我们的前期研究显示，趋化因子CCL15在未经治疗的肝癌（HCC）患者血清中高表达，在经介入治疗的HCC患者低表达，在正常人血清中几乎不表达。这提示CCL15与HCC密切相关。鉴于目前国内外尚无有关HCC患者血清CCL15表达的文献报道。我们应用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）法进一步研究HCC血清中CCL15的表达水平及其临床意义。
